摘要
目的观察复方三叶香茶菜片对慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法用复方三叶香茶菜片治疗慢性乙型肝炎98例,比较治疗前后其ALT,HBV-DNA拷贝值。结果本品治疗后患者ALT复常和(或)HBV-DNA转阴者占62.24%;血清ALT治疗前后差别显著。结论复方三叶香茶菜片为治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效药物,对改善肝功能有一定疗效,并可能具有一定抗病毒作用。
Objective To observe the curative effect on the treatment of chronic hepotitis B with Compound Rabdosia Ternifolia tablets.Methods We treated 98 cases of chronic hepatitis B with Compound Rabdosia Ternifolia tablets and after the treatment we compareded the numerical value of ALT, HBV-DNA to which of prereatment. Results At the end of the treatment, the rate of converting to normal ALT and （or） negative HBV-DNA was 62.24%. Besides, ALT possesed distinct changes. Conclusion Compound Rabdosia Ternifolia tablets are effective for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. It can improve the function of liver and it may restrain HBV at a certain extent.
