摘要 在试验研究中采用瘤胃后灌注脂肪酸,可排除瘤胃对脂肪酸的干扰作用,对奶牛乳脂组成研究有重要意义。本文就瘤胃后灌注不同形式脂肪酸对奶牛乳脂组成的研究作一简要综述。 In experimental study,postruminal infusion trail is the way to avoid any modification in rumen metabolism on diet fat,which plays an important role on study of dairy milk fat composition.Effects of postruminal infusion of fatty acids on dairy milk fat composition were reviewed.
