摘要
将神经网络建模方法应用于冷连轧机轧制力预测,研究并建立了基于神经网络的冷连轧机轧制力预测数学模型。该模型在河北中钢冷轧厂五机架冷连轧机组使用后表明,模型具有较高的预测精度,能满足实际生产使用要求。
The application of BP neural network to rolling force prediction for tandem cold mill is studied,and a mathematic model based on BP neural network is offered. Simulation by computer using data go out of Hebei Zhonggang Steel five stands continuous tandem cold mill is investigated. The results show that this algorithm can be applied to rolling force prediction and its results are good.
