摘要
针对鞍钢1700mm中薄板坯连铸连轧生产线的两座加热炉尺寸及烧钢能力不同,开发了小交叉轧制生产工艺。该工艺可根据加热炉的烧钢能力、板坯铸机的拉速、板坯尺寸及入炉和出炉温度,优化出两座加热炉的出钢比例系数,同时可在轧制过程中对两座加热炉进行分炉学习。采用小交叉轧制工艺,不仅可使炉内的板坯在炉时间较均衡,出炉温度波动小,产品尺寸精度高,而且加快了出钢节奏,提高了产量。
A technology of alternately discharging and rolling was developed because the volume size and heating capacity of two furnaces are different in ASP line of Anshan Iron & Steel Group Co. The ration of discharing of two furnaces can be optimized by this technology based on heating capacity of furnaces, casting speed and charging and discharging temperature. Meanwhile, the reheating time and discharging temperature can be kept even,and the discharging rhythm can be increased.
