摘要 以低C-Mn钢为原料,在包钢薄板坯连铸连轧生产线上,采用层流冷却和超快速冷却工艺,开发出厚度为4~11mm的590MPa级热轧双相钢;组织为铁索体+马氏体,马氏体体积分数为8%~12%;抗拉强度为590~620MPa,屈服强度为385~455MPa,断后总伸长率为30%~35%。试用于重型卡车的车轮轮辐,使用性能良好。 An industrial experiment of developing 590MPa grade dual-phase hot strip steel using laminar cooling + ultra-fast cooling technology on Baotou CSP line was introduced in the present work. The 4- 11mm thickness test dual-phase steel with C-Mn raw material was produced by using thin-slab continuous casting,continuous rolling,laminar cooling and ultra-fast cooling process. The microstructures of the test dual-phase steel are ferrite + martensite. The volume fraction of martensite is 8 % - 12 %, the tensile strength is 590- 620MPa, the yield strength is 385-455MPa, the total elongation is 30% - 35%. The wheel disk of heave-duty truck with the good formability was made of the test dual-phase steel.
