摘要
利用离心分离法来消除浑浊现象对光度法测定的干扰,针对性强,简单可靠,特别适用于解决实验中发生的个别浑浊现象;经样品比对分析和加标回收实验表明,本法结果准确;另改变金标准工作液的介质,能减少重复性工作,对矿山实用。
The disturbance of turbidity in spectrophotometry mensuration was eliminated by centrifugalization, which is simple and reliable for solving the individual turbidity phenomena in the experiment. The gold in the sample was determined by spectrometry. This method is accurate, and practical for mine.
