摘要
象草(PennisetumPurpureunSchumach)经过3年的引种栽培、制菇试验,一般山地年产60~120t/hm2,可配料代栽香菇11.67万段,每万段菌棒替代木屑3150kg,折4.375m3,减少麦麸450kg,增收节支2070元。氨基酸总量和多糖含量均高于对照的1.11倍和1.14倍。开发利用象草代料制香菇,不仅高产优质,而且能获较高效益,是当前我国南方菇区营造食用菌后备资源的一项新途径。
Introduction, cultivation and production of Lentinus edodes with Pennisetum purpureun were carried out for 3 years. The annual yield in hilly land was 900~1800t/hm2which could produce 1 750 500 packed medium. Every ten thousands packed medium could replace 3 150kg wood waste, about 4. 375m3, reduce 450kg wheat bran, increase revenu about 2 070 yuan RMB. Total amino acid and polysaccharide content was respectively 1. 11 and 1. 14 times of the control.
