摘要
针对维生素C制药行业超滤工艺高浓度废液,采用絮凝工艺进行物化预处理,重点对絮凝剂进行了对比研究,优选出复合絮凝剂,其处理效果优于目前通常的聚丙烯酰胺,表现为COD、SS的去除率可分别达到60%和94%,分离出的滤渣可作为非常好的有机肥料,取得较好的环保和经济效益。
This article is aimed at high potency waste liquid in the processing of the ultra filters in the vitamin C pharmaceutical profession, uses the flocculation craft to carry on the physical and chemical'pretreatment, key has conducted the contrast research to the flocculant and chooses the optimal compound flocculant, its processing effect surpasses the present usual polyacrylamide, removing rate of COD, SS may achieve 60% and 94% respectively, the filter residue separated may take the extremely good organic fertilizer, obtains a better environmental protection and the economic efficiency.
