摘要
利用引入的强吸电子基团钝化萘环而控制单溴代反应后再脱去该强吸电子基团的方法,制备了(R)和(S)构型的6位溴单取代1,1′-联-2-萘酚,其对映体纯度高达99%ee。该法具有原料易得、操作简单、产物光学纯度高等优点。
Enantiopure (.R) or (S) 6-Bromo-1, 1'-bi-2-naphthol was prepared with high enantioselectivity ( 〉 99%ee) through selective mono- bromonation during an introduction and succedent remove of strong electron-drawing group starting from (.R) or (S)-1, 1'-bi-2-naphthol in three steps. This method described here was simple and operation-easy.
