摘要
围绕就业市场信息不对称给大学生就业所带来的影响,提出高校大学生就业信息指导需要秉持以人为本的教育理念,建立高校就业信息服务机制、就业信息共性化价值指导和就业信息个性化指导的实际教学途径与方法,以期提升大学生就业能力,提高就业的适应性和灵活性。
In view of the impacts of information asymmetry on the cotlege students＇ employment opportunities, this paper puts forward the following measures： employment guidance in Universities and colleges Should be carrie＇d out in the principle of ＂putting people first＂ information service mechanism should be set up; both general and individual guidance should be offered so as to improve the students＇ abilities and help them be more adaptable and flexible in seeking employment.
