摘要
和谐社会的理想状态应该是人与人之间、人与物之间、物与物之间一种高度圆融的有序状态。现代和谐社会要求政治的精神应该主要体现为公共精神、分配正义和人文关怀三个方面。公共精神是和谐社会中贯穿整个政治过程所要遵循的价值理念;分配正义是和谐社会中政治活动尤其是政治制度设计的重要价值追求;人文关怀是和谐社会中政治活动追求的终极目的。
The ideal state of the harmonious society should be an ordered one in which the relatious between man and man, man and nature, things and things are in high unison. The modem harmonious society calls for the political spirit mainly to embody the public spirit, just allocation and humanistic solicitude. The public spirit is the value notion to be followed all through the political process in the harmonious society; the just allocation is the significant pursue of value in the political activities, especially the design of political system while the humanistic solicitude is the ultimate goal pursued by the political activities in the harmonious society.
