摘要
在介绍自来水厂沉淀池排泥装置的组成、控制过程以及水泵与排泥机控制原理的基础上,根据对沉淀池排泥工作状态的分析与研究,设计了一套适合自来水厂沉淀池排泥装置的PLC自控系统,并实现了与上位机的实时通信。该文对系统硬件电路组成及系统设计结构进行了详细的分析,对上位机组态监控设计给予了说明。
Based on a brief introduction to a sludge water discharger designed for a sedimentation tank,including its process control and working priniple, this paper presents a set of PLC control system suitable for the sludge water discharger in a waterworks and the real-time communication between computer and PLC, The design of system structure and the hardware Circuit are described. Especially the monitoring software designed for the ,upper Computer configuration is also explained in the paper.
