摘要
针对上海市老港垃圾填埋场填埋龄为10年的矿化垃圾,选择了滚筒筛作为分选手段,并对其运行工况进行了研究。结果表明,开采出来的垃圾中可利用的细料占39%,可回收物质占22%,具有较高的回收利用价值。同时确定了实验用滚筒筛筛分矿化垃圾的孔径为40mm,最佳运行条件是v/V(v为滚筒实测转速,V为滚筒极限转速)为0.51-0.60、角度为4.5°-6.5°。
The mineralized wastes with a landfill age of 10 years in Shanghai Laogang Wastes landfill was used to conduct a study on operation conditions of trommel screen for wastes sorting. The results showed that the utilizable fine stuff and recyclable materials account for 39% and 99.% respectively of the sorted wastes, being worth for recovery and utilization. The sieve diameter of trommel screen for experiment was determined as 40 mm and the optimum operation parameters consisted of v/V (where v is the practical rotation speed and V is the maximum rotation speed) ratio as 0. 51 - 0. 60 and the roller angle as 4. 5°- 6. 5°, respectively.
