摘要
目的：制定抗饥消渴片中盐酸小檗碱的含量控制标准。方法：采用高效液相色谱法对方中的盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定，采用Discovery C18 4．6mm×150mm，流动相：乙腈-水-三乙胺-36％醋酸（30．5：69．5：0．9：1．1），检测波长346nm。结果：在0．14643—2．4410μg（r=0．9999）范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为98．9％（n=6），RSD1．2％。结论：该方法简便，准确。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Kangji Xiaoke Tablets. Methods： With Discovery column C18, the mobile phase was acetonirile -water - solution of triethylamine - 36% acetic acid（30.5：69.5：0.9：1.1 ）. The detection wavelength was 346nm. Results： Theicariin sample showed a good relationship at the range of 0. 14643 - 2. 4410μg, r = 0.9999 ,The average recovery of add sample was 98.9 % （ n =6） , RSD was 1.2 %. Conclusion： The method is sample and accurate.
