摘要
目的研究乳酸杆菌对15种抗阴道毛滴虫中西药物的敏感性,寻求防治滴虫性阴道炎药物和微生态制剂的合理组合。方法12种中药原液(以原生药含量计1g/ml)按倍比稀释法配制1:2、1:4、1:8和1:16浓度的含药MRS固体培养基,接种等量嗜酸乳杆菌,厌氧环境中培养48h后观察结果。以纸片扩散法测试嗜酸乳杆菌对3种西药的敏感性。结果在大黄和乌梅药液浓度为0.5g/ml的琼脂培养基中,仍可见嗜酸乳杆菌菌落生成,但菌落较空白对照组明显细小;在其他中药培养基嗜酸乳杆菌生长良好,菌落形态与空白对照组相似。用甲硝唑、替硝唑和吡喹酮作药敏试验,含药纸片周围均未出现抑菌环。结论所选中西药对嗜酸乳杆菌生长无明显抑制作用。
Objective To study the sensitivity of Lactobacillus acidophilus to 15 kinds of traditional and western medicine which inhibit Trichomonas vaginalis, Methods Twelve kinds of natural drugs were extracted by means of decoction. Different experimental media containing various extracts were prepared and L. acidophilus was cultured in the medium for 48 hours and finally observed the growth of L. acidophilus. The sensitive test of L. acidophilus to three kinds of antibacterials be measured by disc diffusion test. Results Most of the natural drugs chosed cannot inhibit the growth of L. acidophilus effectively at the 0.5 g/ml concentration; and L. acidophilus had the power of resistance to the three kinds of antibacterials. Conclusion Most of the natural drugs and all of the antibacterials chosed cannot effectively inhibit the growth of L. acidophilus.
