天然胶磷矿制备孔形CHAp及其表征 被引量:3

Characterization of porous CHAp prepared by natural collophanite

摘要 在研究宜昌磷矿矿物组成和化学组成的基础上,以宜昌磷矿中的胶磷矿为主要原料,采用模板诱导/均相沉淀法制备了孔型碳羟磷灰石,通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM对产物进行了表征分析.结果表明,所制得的产物为A型取代碳羟磷灰石.产物是由纳米薄片组装而成的多孔碳羟磷灰石球体,孔径约为1.5μm. On the foundation of investigating the composition and chemical component of Yichang phosphorite, the template-directed and homogeneous precipitation method was introduced to prepare porous carbonated hydroxyapatite, and the natural collophanite in Yichang phosphorite was used as the material. Analysis by XRD, FT-IR and SEM were carried through to study the product, which indicated that the product was type-A carbonated hydroxyapatite. Besides that, the product carbonated hydroxyapatite is a porous sphere assembled by nanosheets,and the average aperture was about 1.5 μm.
