黏蛋白5AC在胃溃疡中的表达及其意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨黏蛋白5AC(MUC5AC)在胃窦溃疡和伴与不伴幽门螺旋杆菌感染时的变化及其意义。方法:采取门诊胃窦溃疡患者和慢性浅表性胃炎患者胃窦部活检标本,并根据是否伴HP感染分别测量其MUC5AC表达强度,对比在各组的表达水平,进行相关性分析。结果:胃溃疡各组及对照组伴HP感染者之间,MUC5AC表达差异无显著性;对照组不伴HP感染者,MUC5AC表达较前三组则差异有显著性。结论:HP感染可致黏液分泌降低;而溃疡形成后,也使黏液分泌下降。
