两种胃癌分期系统的差别及临床应用探讨

摘要胃癌在世界范围内是第二大常见肿瘤,在我国亦为消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,病死率居各种恶性肿瘤之首。目前,以外科手术为主的综合治疗方法是其主要的治疗手段．其建立及对预后的评估以胃癌的临床或病理分期为基础。目前国际上比较通用的胃癌分期系统有两种，
