摘要
车载诊断系统是保证中低速磁浮列车安全运行的重要监控系统。研究系统总体结构与功能,分析诊断网络通信机理与故障诊断逻辑模型,提出一种基于实时操作系统RTLinux的磁浮列车车载诊断系统设计方案,采取网络实时化改造和内核裁减以优化诊断系统。通过CAN报文数据仿真进行系统测试,表明该设计满足车载诊断系统强实时性和高可靠性的要求。
On-board diagnosis system is the vital supervisory system for the safe operation of Medium-low Speed maglev vehicles. The system structure and its functions are studied and the mechanism of diagnosis network communication and fault diagnosis logical model are analyzed and discussed in this paper. In consequence, the design option of on-board diagnosis system based on RTLinux is presented that can realize the real- time reform of network and kernel cut-off for optimizing the overall system performance. CAN message simulation results show that the diagnosis system can meet the real-time and reliable demands of the on-board monitoring system.
