摘要
采用有限元软件MSC Marc建立了2050 mm六辊铝带材冷轧机的模型,并进行了静态和动态轧制数值模拟分析,得到的结果可以指导轧制工艺的改进,并为进一步的研究打下了坚实基础。
The static and dynamic rolling processes of a 2050 mm six-high aluminum strip cold rolling mill are analyzed by numerical simulation technology using MSC Marc finite element software, which simulation results can be used to direct the improvement of rolling process. This study has laid a good foundation for the further study.
