维生素E对高糖诱导人腹膜间皮细胞纤维连结蛋白表达及活性氧生成的影响 被引量:2

摘要 持续不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)是目前治疗终末期肾病(ESRD)的主要替代治疗方法之一,以往的研究已表明高糖可导致腹膜间皮细胞损伤,细胞外基质产生增多,最终导致腹膜纤维化。高糖引起腹膜纤维化的机制至今尚未阐明。氧化应激(OS)是指由于促氧化与抗氧化系统两者平衡失调导致活性氧(ROS) 过度产生造成的组织损伤。研究已经证实腹膜透析患者普遍存在氧化应激。
