摘要
改革我国现行土地征用制度已经成为社会各方的共识,但在如何改革以及改革的方向上却存在较大的争议。作者对现行各方征地博弈关系及其改进形态进行分析,比较了博弈改进前后各方的关系和支付目标,提出了农民和土地开发者就土地征用建立直接博弈的改革路径。这一路径不仅符合利益和谐的价值目标,在实践上是可行的土地征用制度改革方向。
Although land acquisition reform is necessary in China, there are many controversial issues for the reform paths. Based on analysis on both existing and improved land acquisition game shape, compared the stakeholders＇ relationships and the value goals between before and after reform, put forward setting direct transaction game between land owner and developer, proved the direct transaction way is not only necessary in theory but also feasible in practice.
