摘要
迁徙自由是公民的一项基本权利,我国宪法应加以恢复和保障。针对我国的实际情况,认为恢复迁徙自由势在必行,并为恢复迁徙自由建构了遵循的基本原则和路径选择。
The freedom of migration is a basic civil right, so the constitution of our country, should be resumed and ensured. On the basis of the fact of our country, this paper thinks it essential to resume it. And it also establishes the basic principle and the choice of the way for the resumption of the freedom of migration.
