摘要
提出了一种基于LabVIEW的由PC机控制的无线温度采集系统的设计方法.由数字温度传感器与单片机组成温度采集模块,用编解码芯片与无线收发电路来实现对温度数据的无线发送与接收,利用LabVIEW提供的串行通信功能实现PC机与接收端单片机之间的通信.可实现对单个温度采集点或多个温度采集点的循环采集,显示和保存采集到的温度数据,具有配置灵活,准确率高等特点.
A new method of a wireless temperature collecting system is introduced, which is controlled by PC machine and based on LabVIEW. The temperature collected module is composed of the temperature sensor and the microcontroller, using coding and decoding chip and wireless transmit-receive circuit to send and receive the temperature data, using the serial port which provided by LabVIEW to carry out the communication between the microcontroller system and PC. The new system may realize the collection acquisition collecting point to single temperature point circulation or the multiple temperature point, also can display and save the collected temperature data. It has the feature of flexible attention and high accuracy.
