摘要
室内合成出一种曼尼希碱型缓蚀剂,并以它为主剂与其他增效剂复配出一种主要针对油井酸化使用的缓蚀剂THHS,通过静态失重法在不同温度、不同加量以及不同酸液类型及酸液浓度下,对其缓蚀性能进行了综合评价,并对其缓蚀机理进行了探讨。腐蚀试验表明,在90℃,15%的工业盐酸中只需加入0.5%THHS,即可满足石油天然气行业标准中酸化缓蚀剂一级品的要求。
A kind of Mannich corrosion inhibitor was synthesized in laboratory, and corrosion inhibitor THHS for acidifying oil well was prepared by combining such Mannich corrosion inhibitor with some other synergists. The performance of THHS were evaluated by weight - loss test at various temperatures, inhibitor concentrations and different types and concentrations of acids, its anti - corrosion mechanism was also discussed. The results showed that the performance of anti - corrosion could met the oil and natural gas industry standards by just adding 0.5 % Till-IS to 15% hydrochloric acid at 90℃.
