摘要
目的探讨包皮过长患者采用包皮环自我施行包皮环扎术的安全性。方法2003年5月～2007年1月，笔者共指导3例包皮过长患者采用包皮环及橡皮筋自己在家施行包皮环扎术。结果3例环扎时间：3min、5min、8min。环扎过程中，无剧痛，无出血，患者无紧张。12～24h后橡皮筋远侧包皮苍白或发紫、发黑，无痛觉，沿内环远侧剪除坏死包皮，便于排尿。4～8d剪断橡皮筋，取出内环。10～15d塑料内环与橡皮筋压扎的环带状结，痂创面愈合，内外板相连。4wk后可有性生活。3mo后压扎处愈合平整，两侧对称，无掐痛，无硬结。结论患者采用包皮环可以安全地对自己的过长包皮施行环扎术。
Objective To evaluate the safety of removing one＇s own redundant prepuce by means of a circumcision ring. Methods From May 2003 to January 2007, 3 patients removed their own redundant prepuce by means of circumcision rings at their home. Results The operation time was 3 minutes , 5 minutes and 8 minutes. The operating had no pain, blood and stress. After 12 -24 hours, the redundant prepuce had been pale or even purplish, blackening. The inner ring was taken out after 4 - 8 clays and the wound healed up after 10 - 15 days. Patients had sexual intercourse after 4 weeks and the wound was smooth, bilaterally symmetrical and painless after 3 months. Conclusion Patients ean remove their own redundant prepuee safely by means of eireumeision.
