摘要 本文根据RBSN实验研究，探讨了氮气纯度、粉料处理、添加剂等对氮化硅制品烧结体显微结构及性能的影响。 According to the research of RBSN to develop the influence of the purity ofnitrogen,powder treatment and additive on the microstructure and performance of silicate nitride product.
