摘要
为提高就业指导工作的有效性,以工作实践为基础,就高校就业指导的主要作用、当前就业指导存在的问题以及就业指导滞后给大学生就业带来的影响等方面进行了分析。认为高校就业指导工作虽然发展很快,但仍不能很好地适应就业形势的发展、满足毕业生就业的需要。必须进一步强化领导与管理力度,从机构建设、队伍建设、信息化建设、学生思想教育等多方面入手,构建完善的就业指导教育体系,切实提高就业指导的有效性。
In order to improve the validity of the career guidance work, the article is based on the practice and combined with career guidance work, then considers and analyzes the main effects and existing problems of current university career guidance work, as well as the effects brought by the career guid ance's lag. According to the analyse, the university career guidance work is developing fast but still can't adapt to the rapid employment development and satisfy the graduates' needs. The university must strengthen leading and managing level, construct perfect career guidance and enhance truly the validity of career guidance, setting about from the institution building, procession building, informationization building, student ideaistic education and so on.
