摘要
本文采用平衡级模型法,对化肥厂饱和热水塔系统进行了严格的计算机流程模拟,分析了热水循环量、变换气温度和理论板数对该系统半水煤气出口温度和热水塔变换气出口温度的影响,并提出了优化操作和设计条件。
The method of equilibrium stage modelling is adopted, strict computer process simulation is done on the saturation /hot water tower system in a chemical fertilizer plant, the effect of hot water circulation rate, temperature of shift effluent and theoretical plate number on the outlet temperature of semi water gas and that of shift effluent from hot water tower in the system is analyzed, and conditions for optimized operation and design are provided.
