Minimal Quantity Lubrication Technology in the Green Machining

摘要 综述了MQL(微量润滑)技术的国内外研究现状,提出了MQL技术进一步推广应注意的关键性问题,探讨了MQL技术的发展趋势,指出绿色制造技术已经取得了一定进展,微量润滑技术也因为其环保特性逐渐被认可。 Research status of minimal quantity lubrication machining (MQL) both at home and abroad is introduced, some key issues during the development of MQL machining are presented, the trends of MQL technology is prospected, it is revealed that significant progress has been made in green machining, and minimum quantity lubrication machining has been accepted as a successful green machining application because of its environmentally friendly characteristics.
