摘要
为了保障高校国有资产的保值增值,防止其流失并在高校工作中发挥更大的效率。针对高校国有资产管理过程中存在着管理意识淡薄、浪费现象严重、管理制度落后等问题进行了分析,并提出了增强管理意识、健全管理机构、理清产权关系等对策,旨在使高校的国有资产管理更加科学化、规范化。
Ensuring maintenance and increment of the original value of state-owned college assets,preventing it from draining,and making it execute more effective in colleges and universities work can promote the fast development of higher education undertaking. The article analyzes the problems during the process of managing state-owned assets in colleges and universities such as weak management awareness,and puts forward solutions such as enhancing management awareness, perfecting management establishments and sorting out the relationship of property right which makes management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities more scientific and standard.
