骶丛神经根性撕脱伤的诊断及治疗 被引量：6

摘要 随着工业和交通的发展,骶丛神经根性撕脱伤的发病率逐步增高。骶丛位置深在,结构复杂,且骶丛神经根性撕脱伤常伴有严重多发伤,常引起漏诊误诊,治疗最为困难,保守疗法效果欠佳。近年国内外学者在临床及动物实验方面对骶丛神经根性撕脱伤的神经修复做了很多有益尝试。该文就骶丛神经根性撕脱伤的诊断和治疗现状作一综述,并提示骶丛神经根性撕脱伤神经修复的新思路。
