摘要
洞庭湖是一断陷盆地,至今仍在继续下沉,因围湖筑垸使水面减小,泥砂堆积速度大于湖区下沉速度使湖面进一步缩小,致使洪水季节常泛滥成灾。按地质规律科学治理方案,一是退垸还湖,二是垸湖置换,才能从根本上消除洞庭湖的水灾。
Dongting lake is a subsiding fault basin.Because the lake is surrounded into yuans,the area of water has been reduced and the speed of accumulation of silt is bigger than that of subsidence of the lake district,so as to offen run rampant at flood seasons.In view of this,the plan of accumulation by the law of geology is put out.The both main two points of it are to retun the yuans into the lake and to replace each other of lake and yuans,which will thoroughly eliminate the floods of Dongting lake district.
