摘要
首次设计和制备了环己烷-水-碳酸钙和环己烷-甲醇-碳酸钙Pickering乳状液电导率振荡系统,用恒定浓度的氯化钾作为背景电解质,借助计算机自动数据采集系统对该乳状液的电导率振荡进行了监测,探讨了固体稳定剂、辅助表面活性剂和油水极性等因素对电导率振荡的影响.结果发现环己烷-水-碳酸钙乳状液电导率振荡的平均振幅约为400μS.cm-1,明显高于普通乳状液振荡系统;而环己烷-甲醇-碳酸钙乳状液电导率振荡的平均振幅约为10μS.cm-1,与普通乳状液振荡系统基本相近.当少量非离子表面活性剂TX-100添加于振荡系统后,电导率振荡的振幅都会明显减小,但前者减小的幅度大于后者.两类乳状液系统的电导率振荡在数天内持久不衰.
The specific conductivity oscillation systems of Pickering emulsions composed of cyclohexane-water-calcium carbonate and cyclohexane-methanol-calcium carbonate were designed and prepared for the first time. Potassium chloride at constant concentration was acted as background electrolyte. The data collection system controlled by a computer was used to measure continuously specific conductivity oscillation of Picketing emulsions. The effects of solid powders, assistant surfactant, and polarity of oil and water, on specific conductivity oscillation were explored. It was found that the average amplitude of specific conductivity for emulsion of cyclohexane-water-calcium carbonate was about 400μS·cm^-1 which was larger than that by single surfactant. However, the average amplitude of specific conductivity for emulsion of cyclohexane-methanol-calcium carbonate was about 10 μS·cm^-1 which was nearly the same as that by single suffactant. When a little TX-100 was added to the emulsion, the amplitude of specific conductivity oscillation became smaller. The specific conductivity oscillation in two types of emulsions could last tbr a few days.
