摘要
探讨了废纸脱墨浆中溶解和胶体物质(DCS)的物化性质及其累积规律,研究表明,废纸脱墨浆DCS含量、电导率、阳离子需求量主要由溶解物(DS)贡献,而浊度、Zeta电位主要由胶体物质(CS)引起;DCS粒径主要分布在2个区域:100-200nm和550-900nm,其中100-200nm粒径的物质累积速度较快;随着累积次数的增加,DCS中Na^2+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+、Al^3+累积速度快于Fe^2+。
The physicochemical characteristics of dissolved and colloidal substances (DCS) and its accumulation regular pattern in the deinked pulp were investigated. The results showed that the DCS content, conductivity and cationic demand of the deinked pulp are mainly contributied by the dissolved substance (DS). On the other hand, the turbidity and Zeta potential are attributed to the colloidal substance ( CS), the particle diameter of DCS mainly distributes from 100 nm to 200 nm and from 550 nm to 900 run, the accumulating speed of the particles with diameter from 100 nm to 200 nm is rapider than the particles with diameter from 550 nm to 900 nm, the accumulating speed of Na^+, Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ ,Al^3+ is rapider than Fe^2+ along with increasing the accumulating times.
