Investigation on awareness rate of related knowledge about AIDS transmission routes

摘要 目的:了解艾滋病(AIDS)患者和健康人群的AIDS传播途径相关知识的知晓率,为开展AIDS健康教育、阻断传播提供基础资料。方法:在AIDS高发区采用访谈法调查HIV感染者/AIDS患者和对照健康人群各1200例(2组有效样本例数分别为1081例和1107例),了解各组人群对AIDS传播途径相关知识的认识状况,分析各人群的AIDS传播途径相关知识的知晓率特征。结果:在AIDS高发区HIV感染者/AIDS患者平均知晓率为89.2%±0.9%,一般人群为88.2%±1.1%,差异无统计学意义(t=0.110,P>0.05)。HIV感染者/AIDS患者除在"AIDS是否通过血液传播"的知晓率高于对照健康人群外(χ2=8.216,P<0.05),在其他传播原因方面与对照组的知晓率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:AIDS高发区人群对AIDS传播途径的知晓率较高;健康教育工作在阻断AIDS传播途径方面起到了积极作用,在扩大健康教育宣传覆盖面的同时,更要加强健康教育内容的深度。 Aim: To master the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS transmission route and other relevant knowledge among HIV patients and comparable group, and provide fundamental information necessary for carrying out HIV education and cutting off transmission. Methods:The awareness level of HIV transmission route were collected using interview among patients ( n = 1 081 ) and comparable group (n = 1 107) , and the characteristics of awareness rate was analyzed by comparing with non-patients. Results: The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS patients was 89.2% ± 0.9% , and the comparable group was 88.2% ± 1.1% (t =0. 110,P 〉0.05). The awareness level of " HIV transmitted through blood" among HIV patients was higher than that among compared group(χ^2 = 8. 216, P 〈 0.05 ). But as regards to other transmission channels, the difference between two groups had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion :The level of AIDS knowledge in the highly prevalent epidemical area is higher. Health education has played the positive role in blocking HIV transmission channel. While expanding the health education, the depth of contents of the health education should strergthen even more.
