摘要
利用壳聚糖通过离子络合的方法制备了ZnSMn纳米微晶.壳聚糖含有一些极性基团,既是分散纳米微晶的有机介质,起到孤立微粒、控制粒度的作用,又具有表面修饰作用.通过改变反应物的浓度,得到微晶的尺寸在4.0~7.0nm(计算值).用激发和发射光谱观察了量子尺寸效应造成的光学性质的变化.用FTIR光谱分析了微晶和壳聚糖间的络合作用.
Using chitosan, a process was developed to prepare nanocrystalline manganese doped zinc sulfide by an ion coordination method. Chitosan that contains ligand groups acts not only as a polymer matrix but also as a surfactant. By the reaction of zinc acetate and manganese acetate mixture in chitosan film with sodium solution, particles sizes(4 0~7 0 nm by caculation) were obtained by controling of reactant concentration, and managanese was successfully doped. The optical characteristics were observed by PLE and PL spectroscopy. The coordination of the chitosan to the nanoparticle surface was investigated by FTIR spectroscopy.
