摘要
目的探讨三维单臂外固定支架治疗股骨转子间骨折的可行性、安全性及疗效。方法自1998年以来应用三维单臂外固定支架治疗股骨转子间骨折37例。结果术中骨折均复位良好固定牢固,术后早期功能锻炼,骨折一期愈合,功能恢复良好。结论三维单臂外固定支架治疗股骨转子间骨折是一种创伤小、安全有效、手术操作简便的方法之一。
Objective： To investigate a simple, minimally invasive, safe and effective method to treat the interochanteric fracture with three-dimenslonal external fixation devices. Methods： Since 1998, 37 cases of the interochanterlc fracture were treated with three-dimensional external fixation devices. Results ： Their reductions were satisfactory and early rehabili- tative exercise was taken postoperatively. All the fractures were healed and their functions were restored. Conclusion ： The method to treat the interochanteric fracture with three-dimensional external fixation devices can cause little injury and is simple in operation. The operation is safe and reliable to treat the interochanteric fracture.
