摘要
目的探讨理工科大学生的心理健康水平。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对205名在校大学生进行调查测试。结果①SCL-90测试:与中国常模相比理工科大学生在人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、强迫等项目有显著差异(P<0.05)。②SDS、SAS测定高于40分以上的分别占17.6%和20.5%。结论理工科大学生存在一定的心理问题,主要表现为人际关系敏感、情绪不稳定、焦虑、抑郁、期望过高等。
Objective ：To explore the mental health of undergraduates in science and technology universities. Methods： A total of 205 undergraduates were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）, Self-rating Depression Scale（ SDS）, Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）. Results： Compared with Chinese norm, there were significant differences in the mental health of undergraduates in scientific and technological universities. The major symptoms were interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive and so on. Conclusion： There are some mental health problems among the undergraduates in scientific and technological universities, which are interpersonal sensitivity, unstable emotion, anxiety, depression, and too much expectation of the future.
