应用拇展肌移位治疗拇外翻45例分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的：介绍拇展肌移位在拇外翻手术治疗中的应用体会。方法：1999/2007年开展用拇展肌移位治疗拇外翻45例,52趾,其中男16例,女29例,年龄24~58（平均41）岁;拇外翻角最大30,°最小20°。结果：本组病例术后随访6个月~5 a,平均2.5 a,畸形无复发。结论：应用拇展肌移位治疗拇外翻明显提高矫形质量,更有效防止拇外翻畸形的复发。
