胃癌及胃癌前病变中hTERT和P73蛋白的表达

摘要 目的:探讨hTERT、P73蛋白表达在胃癌的发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测40例胃癌、25例不典型增生、20例肠上皮化生及20例萎缩性胃炎中hTERT、P73蛋白的表达情况。结果:正常胃黏膜中hTERT、P73蛋白无表达;hTERT和P73蛋白在胃癌、不典型增生、肠上皮化生、萎缩性胃炎中分别有30、7、5、2例和27、5、3、1例阳性表达,胃癌组的表达显著高于不典型增生、肠上皮化生、萎缩性胃炎。结论:hTERT、P73蛋白在胃癌的发生、发展中可能起重要作用。
