一种大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血动物模型的建立 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立一种成年大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)模型。方法:使用立体定位仪在显微操作下行枕大池两次注射静脉血建立大鼠SAH模型。术后第一天,4%多聚甲醛灌注后取脑。脑组织用异戊烷-液氮快速冰冻并-80℃低温保存,行冰冻切片。MASSON染色观察蛛网膜下腔。结果:(1)动物模型实验成功率为83.33%;(2)MASSON染色显示脑膜的结构保存良好,蛛网膜下腔有大量的血细胞。结论:此实验为研究SAH提供了较好的动物模型。
