摘要
分析了企业实施SPC管理的重要作用,阐述了SPC的实施程序,根据实施经验重点总结了SPC应用过程中应注意的几个问题。
Some analysis on significant function of implementing SPC is presented in the paper and procedures of carrying out SPC are described in detail. Based on the implement experience, some issues to which much attention should be paid in the course of application are concluded.
