摘要
结合块煤在转载环节易产生破碎的原因分析,介绍了城郊选煤厂为防止块煤破碎设计了机械式缓冲溜槽,降低了块煤物料的下落速度及其入槽冲击力,达到了减少块煤破碎从而提高经济效益的目的。
Combined with the reason that the lump coal crashed in convey-turns, the paper introduced the methods to prevent lump coal crashing in Chengjiao Coal Preparation Plant, which is designing the mechanical buffer to decrease the velocity of materials and impulsive force. And so the crashing ratio of lump coal is decreased and the economic benefit is improved.
