摘要
分析了重介质选煤厂介质消耗的原因,提出从工艺技术和生产管理两方面来解决介耗是有效的方法。结合生产实践,采取了加强磁铁矿粉管理、选择适宜的煤粒度、保证磁选机的回收率和改善脱介筛的作业效果等措施,以实现洗水闭路和降低介质消耗。
The reason of medium consumption in dense medium preparation plant is analyzed. Effective approach on reducing medium consumption at two aspects of process engineering and production control are put forward. Measures such as strengthening magnetite powder management, selecting feasible coal size, guaranteeing recovery of magnetic separator, amending work effect of removing medium screen are taken with production practice, to realize wash water closing circuit and reduction of medium consumption.
