摘要
某电厂旧输灰系统为上引式仓泵飞灰处理系统,运行后,发现系统存在诸多问题。采用双套管紊流密相输灰技术改造后,避免了输灰过程中输灰管的堵塞和磨损问题。运行结果证明,该系统经济性安全性均有明显提高。该文针对设计改造的设备选型、系统优化问题进行分析并提出了改进方法,根据双套管系统的特点对原理、操作参数调整进行了说明,对干除灰方面的工作有借鉴作用。
There are many problems found based on many years running of ascending-vessel ash handling system in a power plant. Adopting turbulent double-tube dense-phase handling technology, some problems llke tube blocking and abrasion have been solved. By practice proving that this system runs effectively and the economy dearly rises. Analysed design optimize questions and puts forward the improvement method in accordance with existing equipment and systems design, explanted its principle and operation parameter adjustment change according to double-tube system characteristics. The essay is to use for reference in pneumatic ash handling system.
