摘要
根据心理契约的基本理论,对常州大学城5所高职院校的新入职教师进行调查分析,了解新入职教师的心理契约的现状和特点,探讨了对新入职教师心理契约的管理以及如何从心理契约的角度对新入职教师进行职业指导。
On the basis of psychological contract, doing psychological contract survey among the new teachers in 5 higher vocational colleges in Changzhou, the paper is trying to find out the present conditions and characteristic of psychological contract, the management of psychological contract and how to guide the new teachers from the angle of psychological contract.
