摘要
国家重点实验室的科研特色是其科研优势的集中体现，具有独特性、稳定性、发展性的基本特征。加强科研特色建设是国家重点实验室建设的必然选择。针对影响科研特色形成的主要因素，从研究方向、学术队伍、科研经费和实验室文化等方面探讨了国家重点实验室的科研特色建设。
Scientific research characteristics of state key laboratory are a collective expression to the scientific research superiority, with the basic characteristics of distinctiveness, stability and development. Strengthening construction of scientific research characteristics is the inevitable choice of state key laboratory construction. In view of the major influence factors, the author discusses some tactics in promoting the scientific research characteristics construction of state key laboratory in terms of the research direction, academic team, scientific research funds and laboratory culture.
