摘要
利用综合热分析仪(热重分析仪-示差扫描量热仪-差热重量分析仪,TG-DSC-DTG)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究Ni(NO_(3))_2·6H_2O在不同升温速率和样品用量下的热分解过程。实验结果表明:Ni(NO_(3))_2·6H_2O的热分解过程大体可以分为四步,第一步和第二步失去H_2O_,第三步失去H_2O和NO_x,并伴有NO_(3)^-结构的破坏,第四步的最终分解产物是NiO。X射线显示第三步的热分解产物中有Ni(NO_(3))_2·4H_2O、Ni(NO_(3))_2·2H_2O、Ni(NO_(3))_2和Ni(NO_(3))_2·2Ni(OH)_2。
The thermal decomposition process of Ni(NO3)2·6 H2O under different heating rates and with different sample quantities was investigated by using thermalgravimetry,differential thermal gravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry comprehensively.The experiments showed that the decomposition process was complex and was depending on the experimental conditions.The decomposition process was divided roughly into four stages.In the first and second stages,water was lost.In the third stage,a series of reactions occured simultaneously,such as dehydration and hydrolysis,accompanied with the destruction of nitrate groups.In the fourth stage,though there were many different intermediate reaction products,the final product was NiO.The X-ray diffractometry indicated that the decomposition products of the third stage included Ni(NO3)2,Ni(NO3)2·4H2O,Ni(NO3)2·2H2O,Ni(NO3)2·2Ni(OH)2 and Ni(NO3)·xH2O.
