摘要
房地产业已成为我国经济新一轮上升的动力源。近两年的国家宏观调控,迫使房地产企业更为深入地理解自身的资本结构现状和影响因素。文章从资本结构出发,运用Eviews统计软件对20家具有代表性的房地产上市公司的财务数据进行实证分析,试图为房地产上市公司优化资本结构提供借鉴。
The real estate industry has become the power of domestic economic growth. At the same time, these years＇ macro-control, the rectification of the real estate industry is also included. In order to make reasonable financing arrangements and optimize capital structure, both financial and real estate corporations were forced to have a good understanding for capital structure and the factors influencing it. From the point of capital structure, this paper use Eviews statistical software to analyze 20 listed real estate corporations＇ financial data, trying to puts forward countermeasure for real estate corporations to optimize the capital structure.
